No breakthroughs have been achieved after three days of talks over North Korea's nuclear weapons programs, the United States said Friday."The results would have to be described as mixed so far, no breakthroughs," a senior US official said at a briefing.
"We didn't have all that many expectations of breakthroughs before."
He suggested that the six-party talks format still had a long way to run before substantial results were seen.
"It is a complicated task that's going on that has many steps to be developed."
