EU to give Iran detailed proposals on nuclear standoff late July GENEVA (AFP) May 25, 2005 European Union powers will give Tehran detailed proposals on settling the standoff over Iran's nuclear programme at the end of July, Britain's Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said after talks with Iran Wednesday.
