Salvadoran lawmakers vote to send new troops to Iraq SAN SALVADOR (AFP) Jul 29, 2005 El Salvador's Congress has voted to send a fresh military contingent to Iraq as it remains the only Latin American country with troops in the war-torn country, legislative sources said Friday.
