CACI International to support U.S. Cyber Command by Richard Tomkins Arlington, Va. (UPI) Jul 26, 2016
CACI International has been awarded a prime position on a $460 million contract to provide U.S. Cyber Command with mission support services. The multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a five-year period of performance. "CACI is proud to continue and build upon our support for U.S. Cyber Command and the Cyber Mission Forces," said John Mengucci, CACI's chief operating officer and president of U.S. Operations. "Under this contract, CACI will deliver cutting-edge mission technologies and subject-matter expertise across a wide range of cyber capabilities." U.S. Cyber Command plans, coordinates, integrates, synchronizes, and conducts activities to direct the operations and defense of specified Department of Defense information networks. CACI will offer cyber-engineering and support services. "CACI is committed to securing our nation's cyber domain," said CACI President and Chief Executive Officer Ken Asbury. "Our experience in cyber operations and investment in innovative cyber solutions will help the Department of Defense strengthen national security, support our military's critical missions, and safeguard our government's most vital information."
