Personnel and assets of the U.S. Agency for International Development around the world are to continue to receive security services from USmax Corporation. USmax -- a provider of cyber, technical and physical security -- said the USAID contract is for five years. The value of the award is $17.9 million. "We at USmax consider the mission of USAID Office of Security to be of utmost importance and that is what we have focused on over the last four years," said David S. Pak, president of USmax. "This award serves as testament to our superior service record as we continue building a strong foundation for our Technical and Physical Security Services line of business. We are extremely excited to carry forward our partnership with USAID Office of Security over the years to come." The company said its services in support of USAID's Office of Security are in the areas of program and task management, security engineering, logistics, personnel recovery, and administrative support.
