. Iran vows to pursue nuclear work despite nuclear resolution
TEHRAN, Aug 6 (AFP) Aug 06, 2006
Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani said Sunday his country will press on with its controversial nuclear work despite a UN resolution calling for a freeze of uranium enrichment.

"They should know that such resolutions will not affect our determination. We will pursue the nuclear rights of Iranians which are enshrined in the Non-Proliferation Treaty," he told reporters.
