Mobile Satellite Ventures, at the forefront of developing the first hybrid satellite-terrestrial communications network, announced today that Mike Yglesias has joined the company as Vice President of RF Engineering.

Mr. Yglesias will be responsible for the overall design segment of the MSV terrestrial Radio Frequency (RF) network. Mr. Yglesias joins MSV from Cingular Wireless, where he held the position of Director of RF Engineering.

"Mike brings strong technical expertise in the areas of RF engineering, network planning, network quality, capital budgeting and network performance," said Mark Faris, Chief Operating Officer of MSV.
