Russia Destroys Chemical Weapons On Schedule Moscow (RIA Novosti) Mar 27, 2007 The executive council of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) met in The Hague in the middle of March. It reviewed the obligations that had been fulfilled in 2006 by signatories to the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and made plans for the future.
