Bent on boosting its military intelligence, India is set to develop a new, cutting-edge surveillance satellite. The spy craft, called the Communication Centric Intelligence Satellite is expected to be launched into orbit in 2014, keeping a close watch on hot spots in the troubled neighborhood. Britain said Tuesday the British passports used by six suspects in the assassination of a Hamas leader in Dubai are fake. The suspects were part of an 11-person hit squad accused of killing the senior Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in a Dubai hotel room on Jan. 19.
