Boeing 'Phantom Eye' Hydrogen Powered Vehicle Takes ShapeSt. Louis MO (SPX) Mar 09, 2010 Boeing has begun to build Phantom Eye - its first unmanned, liquid-hydrogen powered, high altitude long endurance (HALE) demonstrator aircraft.
