Russia back in Latin American arms marketMoscow (UPI) Jul 29, 2010 Russia's arms export agency Rosoboronexport will deliver eight helicopters to Peru, the first post-Soviet arms sale to the Latin American country. Peru last week in Lima signed a contract for the delivery of six Mi-171Sh Hip transport and two Mi-35P Hind attack helicopters, Rosoboronexport said in a statement. Vinson Uploads And Launches Missiles For QualificationsUSS Carl Vinson, At Sea (SPX) Jul 29, 2010 USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) uploaded and launched Evolved Sea Sparrow Surface Missiles (ESSM) and Rolling Airframe Missiles (RAM) July 16 and 17 to support Combat Systems Ship's Qualification Trials (CSSQT).
