Anti-Qaeda militia leader among four killed in Iraq

The leader of an anti-Qaeda militia in Iraq was gunned down Tuesday outside his home, while bombs killed three civilians in a series of attacks south of Baghdad, security officials said. Malik Yaseen's two bodyguards were wounded in the drive-by shooting, which occurred in the village of Jurf as-Sakhr, 50 kilometres (30 miles) south of the capital in Babil province, police said.
