India delays launch of dedicated South Asia satellite amid tension with Pakistan

India's launch of a satellite on behalf of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) was announced two years ago by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the SAARC summit in Kathmandu.
