The companies will co-market the combined capabilities as "Surveillance Network Solutions," a turnkey broadband solution that will fuse Globecomm's satellite and network services with IPIX's 360-degree video cameras and analytics, targeting the global government, enterprise observation and surveillance network markets.

David Hershberg, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Globecomm Systems, said, "IP-based surveillance is a natural extension to Globecomm's business model."

Globecomm has created a demonstration video surveillance network at its Long Island facility, which will be used as a testing laboratory.
