SKorea to consider joining anti-WMD drill Seoul (AFP) April 5, 2009 South Korea is considering joining a US-led initiative to curb weapons of mass destruction after North Korea's rocket launch on Sunday, Foreign Minister Yu Myung-Hwan said. North Korea has warned that the South's participation in the Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI) would amount to a declaration of war. "North Korea's long-range rocket launch highlighted the need for the PSI," Yu told reporters. "The government is actively considering participating fully in PSI." Share This Article With Planet Earth
