Soldiers, police involved in Philippine massacre: govt
Manila (AFP) Nov 27, 2009 Witnesses saw soldiers and policemen participate in the election-linked massacre of at least 57 people in the southern Philippines, Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera said Friday.
