Work began Aug. 24 and will end Aug. 23, 2012. CNTPO is located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Va.

RTSC will lead a team that includes EG and G, a division of URS Corporation; Science Applications International Corporation, Battelle, and others.
